NETWORK & BEATS / Completed

Network & Beats Kitasenju

On 10 October 2026, we brought music, art and local businesses together at Garage of Dreams. The daytime event welcomed 30 attendees, with café gross sales of ¥31,500.

Bringing people and music to a Kitasenju café.
01

The brief

The café wanted to expand awareness and create content consistently. We turned its mission of supporting dreams into a setting for creative expression and connection.

02

What we did

We planned the event, coordinated DJs and contributors, created promotional and collaborative posts, managed registration and supported event operations and photography. Four DJs, three artists, a saxophonist and Péridot Botanical contributed, alongside volunteer photographers.

03

What we delivered

Event promotion, DJ introductions and collaborative posts featuring artists and a local business; event operation; and more than 2,000 captured photos and media assets for future venue content, reels and carousels.

04

The outcome

30 of 33 paid registrations attended (90.9%). Café gross sales of ¥31,500 included ¥19,800 in prepaid drinks. The café paid no event, photography or editing fees for this collaboration. Profit and awareness uplift were not measured.

About these results

Figures from the organiser’s report, updated 12 October 2026. Attendance excludes DJs and team members. Gross sales include ¥19,800 in prepaid drinks and ¥11,700 in other sales. Café operating costs and profit were not calculated. The ¥0 fee arrangement applies to this collaboration.

What the figures mean

Prepaid drinks were settled for all 33 registrations at ¥600 each, including three people who did not attend. The 2,000+ assets are captured photos and media, not finished posts or delivered edits.

The report also lists ¥16,850 for a usual Saturday over two hours, compared with four hours for the event. These different time windows do not establish incremental sales or profit from the event.

ATTENDEE FEEDBACK

Voices from the event

Selected comments from two attendees who rated the event 5/5.

Across all five ratings in the report, the average was 3.6/5: two 5s, one 4 and two 2s. These are a small sample, not a rating from all guests. Feedback about the number of photographers is informing clearer photography guidance and more comfortable arrangements next time.
