MAIKA SOMEDASOMA Connect began with the belief that connections make new challenges possible. Through digital, events, music and community, we bring the value of businesses and people to those they have yet to meet.
My career in recruitment at Michael Page Japan has taught me to understand businesses, people and what makes a strong match. As a founder, community builder and DJ, I bring that business perspective into creative projects, with direct involvement and support in Japanese and English.

Born in Japan and raised in Manila, Maika brings a multicultural perspective to marketing, recruitment, photography, events and DJ culture. Based in Tokyo, she founded SOMA Connect and created Network & Beats and DJCONNECT to connect people, opportunities, businesses and communities.
